Yes, however, you may be asked to answer the security questions.

Will I need to update my Internet browser?

For the best Online Banking experience, it is best to use an updated browser such as:

Do I need to update my bookmarked page?

Yes. If you previously had the fcbbanks.com homepage bookmarked as a Favorite you might need to delete and re-save the bookmark. 

Can I select what accounts I see on my home page?

Yes. On the home page, click Edit Accounts and select which accounts you would like and the order.

How do I view my e-Statements?

Click on the Accounts tab, then Documents.

Will I need to enroll for e-Statements again?

No. Your e-Statement preferences will stay the same.

How do I enroll in e-Statements?

Click on Profile in the top-right corner of the screen then Edit next to Electronic Statements. Or use the e-Statement Enrollment Form located in the menu at the bottom of the page.

Will my alerts carry over?

Yes. If you would like to verify or edit a current alert please use the Alerts button at the top right corner of the screen.

Where can I change my phone number or e-mail address?

Click on Profile in the top-right corner of the screen and choose the information you wish to update.

Where can I open a new account?

Click on the link beneath the list of current accounts. This will open a new tab containing the account application.

Will my account history carry over? How far back can I view my transactions?

Yes. Account transactions for the last 12 months are available.

How do I download my transaction history?

Click the Accounts tab, then Download. Choose the date range and format then click Download transactions.

How do I filter transactions in my account?

Display Scheduled, Pending & Posted transactions by selecting the account, then Filter.

How do I print account balances and recent transactions?

Click on the Print button above your account listing on the home page. Click the Recent dropdown box to include recent transactions.

How do I complete a transfer from the home page?

Click on the Transfer option next to any account, enter the details of the transfer and click Preview transfer. If everything looks correct click Complete transfer.

Can I edit an existing transfer?

Click on Transfer in the main menu bar. Scheduled transfers will be shown in a list. Select the future dated transfer you would like to change, make your edits, preview and then Complete transfer.

How do I send money with Bill Pay / Popmoney from the home page?

If enrolled in Bill Pay, there is a Bill Pay / Popmoney option on your home screen. Just select the recipient, amount and any additional information. If you are not enrolled in Bill Pay, click the Bill Payment tab from the home screen and accept the Terms & Conditions. 

Will I lose my saved Bill Pay contacts and payees?

No. Bill Pay contacts and payees will remain the same.

Where is the spending report and pie chart?

Click the Accounts tab then Categorize and click the Report button.

Can I customize how each transaction is categorized?

Yes. Click the Accounts tab then Categorize. Next to your transaction information is an icon Paper & Pencil where you can change the category type. 

Where can I issue a Stop Payment for a transaction?

Click on the Accounts tab and then the Stop Payments button.

Where is the Stop Payment Revocation Letter?

The Revocation Letter (to stop recurring electronic transactions) is in the menu at the bottom of the page.
